Why is our water so special?

Since beer is mostly water, it’s obvious that the quality of the beer brewed is directly proportional to the quality of water used. At Cederberg Brewery, we only use crystal clear, fresh spring water flowing from the Mountains. It is drawn through many layers of sandstone - filtering impurities and gathering trace minerals en route.
